My Book "Bize Bir Eğitim Lazım"
This book; explains how the companies planned their corporate trainings, how should you chose your training and consulting firms in the world and Turkey. Also the book answers that what Training and Consultancy firms provides your company, how their internal operations are and what their training should be.
It shares with you how the training planning processes work in companies, what features should be in order to be a good training consultant, the tips for the consultancy companies to work in the outsourced training procurement and the competencies that the customer representatives working in those companies should have.

About Me
After graduating from Yeditepe University with a Honors Award in Business Administration in English, she first worked in the advertising industry and then transferred to the FED Training and Consulting firm as a Sales Manager.
Aysegül joined the PDR Group in 2009. She won the "Emerging Young Talent of the Year" in 2010, "Initiative of the Year" in 2011 with the Hyundai Sales Academy Project when she was working as a Sales Manager in PDR Group. She became the General Manager of TMI Turkey in 2015 and won the “Business Developer of the Year" award with "Excellent Customer Satisfaction" project, which was realized with Renault Turkey.
Aysegül takes responsibility for the development of synergy between the PDR Group companies as well as the PDR International General Manager since 2017. In addition to her business leadership responsibilities, Aysegül is a professional certificated coach and advises companies on organizational development and performance management, helping them to lead and manage training and development projects.
Aysegül is married and has a child, and she is the author of the business book "Bize Bir Eğitim Lazım" and co-author of the business book “Shift”.
